HR-Specialist.
Asus is looking for an HR-Specialist.
Do you enjoy working with the administrative side of HR but also have experience from legal side? Are you passionate about policies, Dutch labor law, organization and have excellent communication? This is a very independent role where you need to be reliable and organized. You will have to combine excellent organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced working environment and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Responsibilities
Focus area is Operational Human Resources the ideal candidate will also have support in VISA applications regarding Interns and expat employees coming from our HQ in Taiwan.
Labor Laws and Legal Compliance
● Ensure compliance regarding work environment.
● Ensure internal documents and processes following labor regulation.
● Assist in following handicapped regulation, equality plan, and other compliance projects.
● Process action forms and ensure proper approvals.
● Compile and analyse reports and metrics in time & attendance system. Provide support and control in system.
Recruitment and Staffing
● Manage the recruiting process from start to finish.
● Onboarding process, from contract to the necessary training and internal systems access.
● Maintain SAPHR system.
● Ensure employee data accuracy
Training and Development
● Work with Country Head to develop employee career paths
● Conduct training and development plan to meet organization need
● Explain and update HR-related policies, procedures, laws, and standards and communicate this to employees in a clear way.
● Update and create Job Descriptions and analyze job duties
Employees relations and satisfaction
● Assist with the union labor meetings.
● Handle employment-related issues.
● Support employee engagement
About the team
This position will report to Country HR Manager and work closely with all functions and the other external HR specialist.
Qualifications and background
• We think you have previously worked in an international HR environment
• You have a degree in HR
• Minimum of five years operational HR and recruitment experience
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations
• Good English and Dutch, verbal and communication skills.
• Professional and used to working with a lot of different cultures.
• Able to work with a team in an international environment.
• Previous administrative experience with a liking to it.
• MS office knowledge, SAP HR system software knowledge is a hard must.
• Labor taxation and payroll experience is a plus.
• Any extra languages are a plus.
