Findmore Consulting is looking for a software development expert to join its team. The role involves contributing to large-scale projects and BAU (business as usual) operations. This includes analyzing business needs, implementing technical solutions, and maintaining existing applications.

• Analyze business needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Investigate and resolve issues, implement corrections, and test solutions.
• Participate in operational committees alongside GRM team members.
• Develop, test, deploy, and document solutions following AGO guidelines, including DevOps, CI/CD, and security standards.
• Maintain and support existing live applications.
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams for new implementations.
• Provide user support and deliver technical documentation.

• Software developments and solutions.
• Technical specifications.
• Support materials for users.

• Programming:
• Advanced expertise in Python development (4+ years).
• Proficiency in algorithmics and API usage.
• Solid experience in SQL.
• Cloud & DevOps:
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud, including frameworks like Azure Batch and ServiceIO.
• Proven ability to design and develop CI/CD pipelines.
• Architecture & Security:
• Knowledge of best practices in architecture design (Active Directory, storage, managed services).
• Strong emphasis on security in IT applications and infrastructure.
• Software Development:
• Familiarity with geoanalytics and ArGis (ESRI).
• Strong grasp of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience optimizing applications for large data volumes.
• Additional:
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 7–8 years of professional experience.
