What You'll do:

• Responsible for communication and customer relations;
• Scope definition and management;
• Building the backlog by translating business requirements into User Stories;
• Aligning and managing client expectations;
• Project management (budget, timetable, risks);
• Managing and motivating project teams;
• Hybrid regime.
  
  
  

What You Are:

• Degree in Management, Business Management, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 years' experience in gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements and business processes using OutSystems;
• At least 3 years' functional experience in Web or Mobile environments;
• Proven experience in projects based on Agile methodologies;
• Easy communication and relationship skills;
• Comfortable and confident in decision-making and negotiation in a project environment;
• High sense of responsibility and rigor in carrying out tasks;
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Proficiency in English (mandatory);
• Knowledge of spoken and written Spanish (valued).
