Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Web Designer & Developer with a strong command of German (Native or C1/C2 proficiency level in German) to join our dynamic project team. In this role, you will focus on enhancing website functionality, design, and performance while ensuring cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness. Your work will play a critical role in delivering top-quality user experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive websites that are compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Identify and implement improvements to website functionality, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.
• Modify and refine existing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to optimize usability and design.
• Document all code changes clearly and concisely for future reference.
• Ensure web projects align with German language and cultural nuances for localized user experiences.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German: Native speaker or C1/C2 level proficiency in both written and spoken German with B2-C1 level of English language proficiency
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in responsive design and cross-platform web development.
• Familiarity with web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
• Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly designs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on projects for German-speaking audiences.
• Familiarity with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
