Software: fuel for mobility
We bring bold digital visions to life. So we’re on the lookout for more curious and creative engineers who want to create change – one line of high-quality code at a time. Our transformation isn't for everyone, but if you're excited about solving the leading-edge technological challenges facing the auto industry, then let’s talk about your next move.
Let's introduce ourselves
What You'll Do
As part of the Software Engineering Platform, you will join a team focused on developing an onboard measurement data API. The team designs and implements components to enable calibration and data collection, supporting standards like XCP and UDS, as well as proprietary protocols such as Volvo’s Data Collection Framework. These solutions are tailored to meet stakeholders’ needs.
Our work supports systems such as Climate Control, Longitudinal Vehicle Control, and AD/ADAS, among others. A significant use case is collecting data from customers' vehicles and transmitting it to the Volvo cloud. This data helps enhance vehicle performance and the customer experience over time.
You will collaborate within an agile team, delivering safe, reliable solutions and products. The team maintains high standards for software quality and development speed.
What You'll Bring
You enjoy solving problems collaboratively and are a customer-oriented professional who thrives in a team environment. Taking initiative comes naturally to you, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work both individually and as part of a group. With a strong foundation in software development, you are experienced across systemization, coding, and testing. To excel in this role, you are structured, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Required Skills:
Please submit your application through our career page. Due to GDPR regulations, we’re unable to store or consider applications from other platforms. Make sure to submit your application in English.
If you have any questions about the recruitment process, you are welcome to reach out to Recruiter Neha Mehta at [email protected]. For specific questions about the position, please reach out to Hiring Manager Yair Klecki at [email protected]
