Job Description
As a Project Leader your overall responsibility will be to lead global business development projects from start to implementation. Within this scope you will, lead and manage a project team constituting of assigned business and digital professionals from the line. With your assignment in focus you will interact with and manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organization, coordinate both internal and external stakeholders in different levels and geographical locations. You will navigate with your project in a complex and international environment which can be both challenging and inspiring.

This is a permanent role based at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult. The role as Project Leader is crucial for developing our business. We believe that your presence with the team and the business is important why you have the spirit to spend the the majority of the time in the workplace. We do offer the flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week. You will report to Lars Gulin Team Manager for Project Leaders within Range Operations Planning and when assigned to a project to the respective Business Owner.

We believe that to be successful in this role you need to:
- Have solid knowledge and experience in managing and leading teams and stakeholders working with digital development with a proven track record of delivering results
- Have solid knowledge and experience in project management processes including methods and tools; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement and how to integrate these processes.
- Have a senior experience of leading global digital projects from start to implementation
- Be able to perform on a strategic, tactical and operational level
- Be comfortable in a complex, dynamic, diverse and ever evolving business environment
- Have knowledge in change management methods and tools
- Be confident, strong as communicator and able to influence a wide range of stakeholders across the IKEA value chain at the same time sensitive to people different needs
- Preferably having knowledge in IKEA business processes and understanding of Information Technology and relevant production models
