Frontend Developer (Vue.js)

We are looking for a “Frontend Developer (Vue.js) ” who not only possesses an inherent love for crafting elegant applications but also thrives on shaping solutions that make the world a better place. The job is primarily remote but we expect the candidates to live in Istanbul.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features with Vue.js (Vue 2 + Vuex)
• Transforming intricate designs and wireframes into clean, high-quality code
• Regularly conducting code reviews to enforce best practices and high coding standards
• Working closely with back-end developers, business analysts, and UX/UI designers to enhance usability and align with project specifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in software development including Vue.js development
• Proficiency in Javacript, HTML, CSS (experience with Sass/SCSS is a plus)
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, particularly in mobile responsive design
• Experience in git-flow
• Experience in code review processes both as a reviewer and a reviewee
• Excited to work with a collaborative multidisciplinary team
• Experience of release management
• Familiarity with design tools like Zeplin, Figma, etc.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Websocket
• Familiarity with atomic design methodology
• Experience with React.js
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and methodologies
