We are looking for a Product Designer with mobile experience to enhance how millions of people use their phones and tablets to create, share, discover, and discuss artistic masterpieces.The candidate will apply their background in interface and visual design to devise creative and elegant solutions that enhance user experiences and bring joy to users. They will also design user flows and interfaces that align with monetization strategies, such as subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ads, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. By leveraging data-driven insights and A/B testing, the candidate will continuously optimize designs to maximize revenue while maintaining user satisfaction.The candidate will contribute to refining our various apps' user experience by identifying pain points, understanding user needs, creating design patterns, implementing a design system, and developing pixel-level design specifications. These efforts, driven by empathy for our users, aim to create a world-class product.

Job Description

• Designing user experiences that balance business goals with user satisfaction.
• Building fluid flows that cater to user behavior and needs.
• Collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams to create designs that optimize revenue streams, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ads.
• Bringing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to life, aligning with monetization goals while ensuring a delightful user experience.
• Analyzing user behavior and data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Solve usability challenges across responsive designs and different device/display types with creative solutions.
• Creating thoughtful and functional user experiences that are enjoyable and visually engaging.
• Reviewing and refining designs to maintain high standards.
• Supporting Lyrebird Studio's creative community by producing visual assets, design materials, and content for internal sharing.,

Bonus points if you have:

• A solid understanding of conversion funnels, engagement loops, and retention strategies.
• Experience in working with AI and prompt knowledge big plus

Required Qualifications

• Experience in mobile UI/UX Design with a related portfolio
• Ability to interpret A/B test results and data metrics to drive design improvements.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a meticulous approach in conducting benchmark studies and competitor analysis.
• Good knowledge of Android and iOS platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma
• Experience in creating design systems.
• Strong collaboration and ideation skills, with the ability to actively contribute to brainstorming sessions
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear and effective collaboration.
• A team player with a proactive approach to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Curiosity with new trends and technologies

• Fluent in English.
