UX Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Developer to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves designing and enhancing digital user experiences, creating wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys while ensuring inclusive and accessible design practices. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and user-centered design expertise to drive innovation and satisfaction for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new digital user experiences and enhancements to existing digital products.
• Create wireframes, site maps, journey maps, and clickable prototypes based on user needs and journeys.
• Utilize user-centered research methods to gain product insights and innovation.
• Present findings and collaborate with clients to align design strategies with their goals.
• Supervise small to medium-sized design efforts and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct workshops and meetings to ensure project goals are met.
• Implement inclusive design practices aligned with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2).

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in UX design processes, including wireframes, information architecture, and usability.
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Miro, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of experience design principles, processes, and accessibility standards.
• Applied experience in user-centered design for sophisticated products or services (5-7 years).
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UX design experience in web and digital product environments.

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of pattern libraries, design systems, and user experience metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile product development processes.
• Experience in financial or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal skills as an independent thinker, creative problem-solver, and team player.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in enterprise product strategy and UX design.
