About the role: UI/UX Designer

The person in this role will take part in UI/UX Designer team by reporting to the manager in the relevant solution department of our company, work closely with stakeholders to shape the design system and work in coordination with other departments.

Position located at: Libadiye Office

This position will be

Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release.
Work closely with stakeholders to shape the design user experience and user interface
Support the team in identifying user needs to influence your design decisions.
Work with another UI/UX Designer and Product Lead to ensure their tone of voice and brand is consistent across all touch points.
Create designs that are easy to perceive, effective and increase user satisfaction by understanding user needs and application targets well for new demands.
Work in harmony with corporate design standards
Improve the user experience by conducting usability reviews on corporate applications
Develop effective solutions for user experience and user interface problems

How do we describe the perfect match?

Degree in Design or related field.
10+ years experience in the complete lifecycle - successfully delivering, mobile and/or software apps.
An online portfolio of case studies that demonstrates your existing understanding of UX/UI processes and your design skills.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency with design and prototyping at Figma
Knowledge of design system principles and experience of working with atomic design approach, to create consistent and cohesive design patterns
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process. —> (Other Option: Or An understanding of Agile product development practices)
Knowledge of basic usability principles and techniques
Design seamless and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile interfaces
Be comfortable at doing user interviews and usability tests.
Use A/B testing tools and design metrics to refine and optimize UI elements, driving user engagement and conversions.
Analyze and interpret user data, transforming it into actionable insights to enhance overall user experience
Knowledge of Hotjar, Smartlook and Google Analytics will be plus.
Extreme attention to detail and consistency, passion for pixel perfection.
Committed to meeting deadlines and skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously
Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback
Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and being a good team player,
Ambitious and eager to research, to learn and to solve problem.
Good command of English

Nice to have:

2d animation, Illustration, drawing knowledge is plus
