Process Transformation Manager/Senior Manager

As Deloitte Turkey, we are in search of Manager/Senior Manager who can share these values for our Process Transformation / Process Excellence / Operational Excellence under Technology & Transformation Business Unit.

As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will also be working with clients to understand and shape strategic change and organizational transformation to guide them address complex organizational and people challenges. You will work on some of the people and organization issues that improve business performance by making contributions to our clients in undertaking complex and diverse projects.

You will become a key player in our Process Transformation practice, to help clients reinvent themselves to master the changing dynamics in our field.

As an experienced Manager in the Technology & Transformation team you are delivering Operations transformations, Process Excellence / Operational Excellence helping clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within operations processes.

This role will have you work across a range of people related challenges for our clients including:

People: You are the bridge between our clients’ needs and the offerings and delivery capabilities of Deloitte. Ranging from process redesign and optimization to large-scale transformations of an organization, at all times fact-based and data driven.

Processes: Part of your reality is to improve client’s processes by leading a project that reinvent business processes. You strive outstanding results, by leading a workstream that makes processes simple, scalable, and efficient.

Technology: Innovation is part of our DNA. You connect the needs of our clients’ to emerging technology. Advise our clients on new automation opportunities using GenAI and/or innovative best-of-breed technology or lead the implementation.

Data: Create unique insights for our clients, by creating 360-degree visibility by connecting different sources of data. Help them to unlock savings as fuel for future organizational growth.

We are looking for professionals who have worked across multiple business domains / industries and have 6 -12 years proven experience – mainly in the following areas with a focus on “Future of Work”:

• Process Transformation,
• Process Excellence,
• Operational Excellence
• Change Management,
• Organizational Design & Agile Transformation,
• HR Transformation,
• Culture Transformation,
• HR Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably in industrial), Business Administration, Economy, or a related field ,
• Experience in a consulting firm is highly preferred,
• High-quality research, analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align process transformation efforts with business objectives,
• Results-oriented and focused on delivering measurable improvements,
• Innovative and forward-thinking with a passion for leveraging technology,
• Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and departments,
• Understands people-related issues and challenges,
• Ability to lead internal and client meetings and manage stakeholders and project team,
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and stakeholders,
• Facilitation, presentation, moderation, design thinking skills & experience,
• Excellent command of English and Turkish both written and spoken, including presentation skills,
• Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment,
• Supports team members’ development needs through formal and informal coaching and knowledge sharing,
• Provides timely recognition and feedback, while holding people and teams accountable for results,
• Ability to travel within and outside Turkey,
