IP CORE Network & Security Engineer

Qualifications:

• University degree preferably from Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering departments
• Good command of English (valid TOEFL or IELTS test scores will be considered as a plus)
• At least three years experience in network/security.
• Hands on experince on installing, integration and troubleshooting for the one of them, Palo Alto, Fortigate, Checkpoint. More than one vendor experience is more preferable.
• Good knowledge on Firewall and Load Balancing products.
• Having Cisco CCNP Security, Enterprice (R&S), TMOS Administration certification is preferable.
• Good knowledge on 802.1x / NAC.
• Good knowledge on Next Generation Firewalls.
• Having idea on SSL inspection / PKI hierarchy.
• Good analytical skills and being eager to develop and take on responsibility
• Aiming for continuous improvement and highly motivated
• Follow customer SLAs and KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction
• Fast Troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills both at an individual and team level
• Experience with Microsoft office tools
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form
• No restriction for both national and international occasional travel

Job Description:

• To provide technical support to telecommunications customers by using effective decision making and problem solving skills. 
• This is a direct customer liaison role interacting and communicating with customer and other internal teams to ensure that customers get the best performance and value the equipment they buy from company with a proper support for multivendor perspective.
• Working closely with customers in order to provide customer oriented technical solutions for security and network products.
• Collaboration with RnD, TAC and the other technical stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve technical issues reported from Customer sites.
• Be the precious part of the team which provide 7/24 support for customers.
• Participate in PoC works with solutions teams.
