We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting requirements, interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to extract valuable insights from data.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to support business objectives.
• Develop detailed documentation such as business requirements documents, process flows, and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder management.
• Perform post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into easily understandable insights.
