Where you’ll work

This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration two times per week. This position is located in Palo Alto, CA.

The Team

The Engineering team at Tinder is dedicated to creating innovative features and robust systems that connect people worldwide. We continuously experiment with new ways to engage our members. Despite our global scale, each engineer has an enormous impact due to our high member-to-engineer ratio, giving you the opportunity to make a real difference.

AI is a top priority at Tinder, and our Generative AI team is at the forefront of developing features powered by cutting-edge technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
