Human Resources Coordinator:
Remote
We are seeking a proactive and organized Recruiting Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Handle customer service interactions with professionalism and strong phone etiquette.
- Assist in the utilization and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of recruitment activities and processes.
- Generate reports and assist in tracking key metrics related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience in a fast-paced office setting preferred.
- Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related coordination activities is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, Salesforce, or other Customer Relations Management (CRM) systems preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and other technology applications.
