HR Assistant

The position provides administrative support for talent development programs and the launch of a new development platform. The primary location is the Marlborough campus. Overtime may be needed occasionally.

Your Responsibilities

  • Talent Development Program Support:
    • Coordinate with vendors to set up program cohorts
    • Share rosters with vendors for upcoming sessions
    • Send calendar invites for classes and leadership discussions
    • Send weekly communications to participants
    • Track pre-work completion and send reminders
    • Create quarterly reports and update dashboards
    • Submit attendance for recording in myLearning
    • Coordinate digital badge and license process with vendors
    • Assist with participant queries
  • Development Platform Launch Support:
    • Perform data clean-up to assist with transition to new platform
    • Administer license management process and track usage
    • Assist with content creation as needed
    • Provide testing support
  • Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Build quality into all aspects of work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements

Qualifications

  • HS Degree required
  • 2 years administrative experience
  • Minimum to intermediate expertise working with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • SuccessFactors experience
  • Experience with SharePoint and web-conferencing systems
  • Very strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and work in collaboration with others
