Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning Web Components

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, object relationships, and APIs

• Knowledge of Salesforce security considerations and best practices

• Experience with data integration and ETL processes

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and direction to the development team on complex Salesforce projects.

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions, considering data models, best practices, and integrations.

• Lead code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to coding standards.

• Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies to identify potential improvements for projects.

• Development and Implementation:

• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.

• Implement data migration strategies and manage data integrity.

• Create integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
