Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with LLMs. This role involves hands-on development of 5-10 business use cases that enhance user experiences and drive business efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve performance in NLP tasks.
  • Design and implement NLP solutions to address specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business use cases for NLP applications.
  • Create and deploy machine learning models to streamline routine business operations and deliver value to users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in NLP and LLM technologies.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience in developing 5-10 business use cases that deliver measurable value.
  • Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) principles and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python programming and working with LLMs.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing practical NLP solutions for business use cases.


Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in AI, NLP, or related fields are a plus.


Language

  • Fluent in English / Arabic Speaker (prefer Omani National)


Location

  • Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
