Global Mobility Specialist

Currently, we are seeking a driven and experienced Global Mobility Specialist to join our Global Mobility team. The main focus of this role is to support employees according to the current N-iX Global Mobility Policy. The Global Mobility Specialist assists in coordinating all relevant mobility services in Poland and solving related internal and external issues.

Duties and responsibilities (what you do):

• Responsible for the smooth execution of global mobility cases across Poland
• Work closely with employees planning long-term relocation to ensure that immigration implications are identified and managed
• Conduct initial calls with employees to review immigration backgrounds and/or relocation needs and to determine how to best move forward in the hire or relocation process
• Consult and advise recruiters in the process of relocation set up for foreign new hire candidates
• Maintain regular contact with other service departments involved in the mobility process including finance, payroll, HR Ops, HRBPs, recruiters etc.
• Partner with our immigration vendor to ensure efficient delivery of immigration services
• Work on a wide variety of projects, both domestic and international and provide global mobility guidance
• Generate and maintain immigration documentation Maintain data in the various databases capturing all relevant information.
  
  

Qualifications or performance standards (how you do it):

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• 1,5+ years of experience with Global Mobility services or corporate immigration.
• Strong knowledge of Polish immigration law, Strong Polish language proficiency, Ukrainian language will be an asset, English: Upper-intermediate or higher
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
• Enthusiastic, positive and keen to learn and develop
• Jira experience is a plus.
