Junior/Middle Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Project Manager for Program Ace.

🧑‍💻 What you need to join us:

• At least 2+ years of experience in Project Management within IT outsourcing (this is mandatory);
• Experience of using Jira and Miro in work;
• Scrum theory and practical experience;
• Skill of understanding customer needs;
• Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• High level of self-organization and responsibility;
• Upper Intermediate or higher level of English (speaking and writing).

📌 What tasks will you work with:

• Project documentation;
• Detailed project planning;
• Coordination of terms and development processes;
• Prioritization of tasks;
• Conflict managing;
• Expectation management;
• Business communication with clients;
• Organization and monitor team performance;
• Manage the project team at all stages of the project;
• You will work with meeting facilitation, reporting, processes, one-on-ones.

• Experience in the game industry.
