The primary goal of this initiative is to design and deploy a cloud-based Generative AI system. This advanced solution is tailored to significantly enhance code documentation processes in alignment with the European Railway Traffic Management System (ERTMS) standards. By leveraging the capabilities of Generative AI, the system aims to substantially improve the readability and accuracy of code documents

Position Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in this transformative project. Your expertise will be pivotal in analyzing business needs, and evaluating the data structure of the documentation and code-base inputs and outputs for our Generative AI system. You will be driving and ensuring the alignment of the solution with both technical specifications and overarching business goals.

Requirements:

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

Proficient in business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and analysis.

Experienced in using BPM tools (Lucidchart, Bizagi, or other) for process modeling and documentation.

Skilled in SQL and database management for effective data querying and analysis.

Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence

Strong grasp of Generative AI concepts and applications in business processes.

Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and client negotiation experience

Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process.

Conducting in-depth business analysis and gathering comprehensive business requirements.

Analyzing input and output data from the AI system, identifying patterns, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize system performance.

Collaborating with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders.

Identifying project risks and dependencies and developing mitigation strategies.

Would be a stong plus:

Experience in the railway or transportation sector, especially with ERTMS standards.

Experience in business analysis for ML-based applications.

Would be a plus:

Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA).

Knowledge of cloud-based solutions in business contexts.

Familiarity with Azure Cloud Services or other cloud platforms

Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP)

TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
