Project manager (Business Unit)

Ajax Systems operates a full-cycle production process, from idea generation and prototyping to mass production and global sales. Each department fulfills a specific operational need of the business. Our specialists are involved at every stage—from production lines in Ukraine to the logistics hub in Poland, which dispatches products to distributors worldwide.

We’re looking for a new team member to enhance the management of all aspects of business automation projects. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for project scoping and strategic requirements, road mapping, budgeting, designing, developing, testing, and implementing solutions using advanced technologies like RPA, No-Code, and Low-Code.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in process automation. A minimum of 2 years of project management experience in automation and optimization
• Expertise: Understanding of production and supply chain business processes. Excellent analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
• Languages: High proficiency in English
• Team Management: Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of business automation projects, including scoping, strategic requirements definition, road mapping, budgeting, designing, developing, testing, and implementation
• Balancing business requirements, milestones, project goals, timelines, and implementation costs
• Anticipating, tracking, and fulfilling stakeholder needs, interests, and requests, while providing transparent, regular, and accurate project updates and reports
• Prioritizing tasks and projects based on gathered business requirements
• Managing the priorities of analyst and developer teams within project workgroups
• Preparing reports on project activities and team support performance
• Implementing projects using fast-track technologies like RPA, No-Code, and Low-Code
• Collaborating with the team to shape the business process automation strategy aligned with the company’s comprehensive roadmap
