N-iX N is looking for a Team Coordinator to join our team!

About Client:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-functional development team to successfully deliver new features and projects
  • Make informed decisions to improve development and the quality of features we deliver
  • Set clear objectives to the team, monitor progress to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects
  • Report writing and ability to understand monitoring / charts to support stakeholder updates with data to inform data-driven decisions
  • Monitor quality of deliverables
  • Foster collaborative and high-performance work culture
  • Help team in communication with other stakeholders
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks
  • Work with JIRA system to ensure that team has clear visibility of ongoing and future work
  • Assist in managing and organizing project-related documentation
  • Conduct regular team meetings, prepare meeting minutes to ensure clear communication
  • Help onboard new team members
  • Drive the team towards continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • 0.5+ years of working experience in the IT projects
  • Understanding of development processes, engineering practices and their impact on improved software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Working experience with JIRA or other Atlassian tools, including dashboards setup
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC
  • Previous experience as developer, QA, ScM or BA, who has technical understanding surrounding software development would be a big plus
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher
