Experience range- 3 to 10

Job Location- Mumbai

Must Have-

• Product Management experience
• Product developer/testing experience
• Analyze customer needs and design a generic implementation
• 3 Build USP’s for the product in Indian market and International market
• 4 Define / track / deliver product deliverables as part of Product Roadmap
• 5 Customer Presentations on key capabilities
• 6 Supporting User Acceptance Testing of the product
• Analytics at various eco system level such as Item level analytics, Assessment level analytics, Candidate analytics etc
• 9 Apply design thinking principles in defining new product capabilities
• 10 Product releases
• 11 Competitor Analysis & Ability to research and provide good product insights
• Ability to comprehend complex problems and describe in a simple manner
• Strong Analytical and Quantitative skills
• Demonstrate ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
• Strategic thinking
• Taking ownership
