Scrum Master/agile Coach [Backbase expertise]

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our Agile team. The Scrum Master will facilitates and reinforces the Agile process (Scrum / Kanban: as applicable) and the ideal candidate will act as a servant leader, helping to remove obstacles, protect the team from outside distractions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of the Agile manifesto and its principles
• Ensure that the team lives by the values of Scrum, empowering them to become high performing to increase the productivity, transparency, frequency and quality of delivery
• A background in coaching cross-functional teams into high performing teams
• Strong experience in preparing for PI Planning beforehand and participating in PI Planning.
• Expertise in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence.
• Be a Backup of the Delivery Product Owner / RTM.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management.
• Excellent Dependency Management.
• Possesses Functional or technical expertise in order to remove impediments efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to removing obstacles.
• Experience working with remote or geographically distributed teams
• Experience working in banking domain is a MUST, Past experience on Wealth Management is highly desirable.
