Job Description

The Security Solution Engineer enhances customer IT security by managing technical system aspects to ensure uptime and resolve issues. Responsibilities include configuring and developing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions while directly engaging with customers for security planning and support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert and mentor.
• Manage troubleshooting, upgrades, and configurations.
• Collaborate to develop and tune policies.
• Use CRM for project tracking and meet service objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in on-call rotations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experienced in Information Security/Network Security with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience with DLP/CASB solutions.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and team collaboration.
• Effective communication and time management.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with web proxies, email gateways, databases, and scripting.
• Scripting or programming knowledge in the languages of Perl, Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash. 
• Vendor certifications in supported products. 
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, Network+, Security+, etc.
