Position
As Software Product Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic vision, roadmap, and end-to-end development of our software products. You will play a crucial role in leading the software development team, streamlining our internal development processes, and ensuring that our software products are continuously responsive to the needs of our customers within the logistics industry. You will be the link between technical software teams (analysts, architects, developers and QA) and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring an optimal balance between innovation and operational excellence. Besides The Bridge, DigitalTwin and our mobile application, you will certainly also be involved in all other software projects within our product portfolio, contributing to the further growth of our software offering.
Your Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in leading the software development team, streamlining our internal development processes, and ensuring that our software products are continuously responsive to the needs of our customers within the logistics industry. You will be the link between technical software teams (analysts, architects, developers and QA) and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring an optimal balance between innovation and operational excellence. Besides The Bridge, DigitalTwin and our mobile application, you will certainly also be involved in all other software projects within our product portfolio, contributing to the further growth of our software offering.
Your Responsibilities
- You will contribute to our business strategy to expand our software portfolio and position us as a software company.
- You develop and implement the product strategy and vision for the software products, in line with our business goals.
- You manage the full product lifecycle: from concept, development, launch to continuous improvement optimization.
- You conduct market and customer research to gather valuable insights that support product decisions.
- You monitor the product roadmap and ensure timely and qualitative delivery of software updates and new features.
- You work closely with stakeholders to translate their needs and requirements into product requirements.
- Together with the technical lead(s), you evaluate product performance and customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
- You ensure flawless collaboration between departments such as sales and marketing to ensure product success.
- You identify and resolve operational challenges during product development.
- You will report to the CTO/COO.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a product management role in software development
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software product development processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to set product priorities based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Experience working customer-focused and translating customer needs into technical requirements.
