Job Title: Data Analyst and Power BI Expert - Brussels

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst and Power BI Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and modeling, combined with excellent technical expertise in Power BI and related tools. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming operational data into actionable insights, elevating the data proficiency of team members, and advising on the conceptualization of data architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and decision support.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular verification and validation processes.
• Propose and implement initiatives to increase data analytics awareness within the department.
• Design and implement analytics models on operational data.
• Support and mentor one or two colleagues from the P&O team in developing data analytics skills.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and setup of the department’s data architecture.
• Leverage AI solutions to create advanced and insightful dashboards in Power BI.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in Dutch or French
• Proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Mastery of Power BI, including: Creating reports and dashboard and use of Power Query and DAX.
• Strong data analysis skills, including identifying outliers, grouping, and bin data for in-depth insights.
• Expertise in data modeling to structure data efficiently and establish relationships between tables.
• Ability to select and apply appropriate data visualizations for clear and impactful communication.
