Dedicating time to upskill colleagues, you'll help new hires and junior engineers advance their skills through shadowing, coaching, and training. You'll tackle complex debugging, incident response, and reverse-engineering tasks, and lead code reviews for the stable team. By identifying key gaps in product offerings, you'll drive significant value and end-user excitement. Working closely with DPOs/DPAOs, you'll plan MVPs and releases, taking the lead on significant initiatives.
