Senior Product Manager
Projects: Contact Centre, AI and Telephony
Location: Dublin - 1 Days onsite per week
Employment Type: 6 Month Day Rate Contract - expected to roll over.
About the Role:
Our client, an industry leader in the Insurance Industry is seeking a Product Manager to drive a key contact centre project while also supporting other key projects across AI and telephony initiatives. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, stakeholder alignment, and delivering impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of a large-scale contact centre project, which is Customer Centric, aimed at streamlining and automating processes, and implementing AI for improved Customer Experience in a B2C environment.
- Enhance Customer experience through process redesign whilst also implementing automated and cost saving processes in the within the customer contract centre.
- Integrate AI and telephony solutions to enhance operations.
- Develop and own product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in technology-focused roles.
- Experience in delivering product efficiencies, increasing customer experience, streamlining and redefining processes that create cost saving
