Ryanair are currently recruiting for a HR & Recruitment Admin to join the Ground Ops Dept of Europe’s Favourite Airline Group!

The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin Airport base.

Duties include but not limited to;

  • Support the Assistant HR & Recruitment Manager by publishing open roles and sourcing candidates in cooperation with HR officers
  • Coordinate communication regarding job offers, contracts etc
  • Owning the Onboarding process, collecting administrative documentations and processing these, ensuring efficient handover of a new team member to the HR generalist, executing on-boarding presentation be the “helping hand” for Newbies
  • Submitting employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data.
  • Maintaining employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in a HR Tool
  • Answering incoming employee queries
  • Processing documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a previous HR / Recruitment / Onboarding role.
  • PC literacy (MS Office/Excel, in particular)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Friendly and helpful attitude towards the entire team
  • Team Player! Being a valuable member of the team and have a supportive approach towards the other team members
