Project Manager

PFH Technology Group are seeking an experienced Project Manager

The key purpose of this Project Manager will be to oversee a large-scale infrastructure upgrade project.

The team will be a mixture of Technical resources as well as Business resources. The role will involve a high level of stakeholder management and will involve regular meetings.

The opportunity will be based on a 12-month daily rate contract.

Role / opportunity:

• Link in service to ensure local manager prioritizes the project, enabling the technical team engagement on the floor with dept. heads and infection control
• Co-ordinate any activities and correspondence into local IT resources where required.
• Link into local departments to understand their needs.
• Managing and maintaining regional Issues log.
• Engagement with end users at all levels across the organization and local service providers for local information.
• Attendance onsite to co-ordinate activities where required
• Escalate issues appropriately to management or other parts of the organization if unable to resolve.

Skills / experience:

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience working in similar lead role.
• Customer Service focused – good engagement style with customers/users and their managers
• Must be solution-orientated and have a problem solving mindset.
• Has some level of technical knowledge, networking is an advantage.
• Can manage & co-ordinate activities to ensure maximum efficiency and resource usage
• Demonstrate good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to understand complex data and recognise discrepancies, gaps and errors.
• Have a clean driving license and access to a car.
