What is the personality profile of the Senior Graphic Designer we envision?

A person with strong communication and teamwork skills; great organizational ability; who works autonomously and efficiently; can work under pressure without losing creativity, focus, form, and content; who is flexible to sudden changes, has a high problem-solving/creative ability, is motivated to satisfy the client; who pays attention to details, can establish priorities, and considers giving and receiving feedback as part of their personal and professional growth.

What requirements must you meet? 

• Advanced English level (mandatory).
• 7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (mandatory).
• Work experience in agencies (mandatory).
• Experience and knowledge in web design (mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in team supervision (desirable).
• Be up to date on international design trends.
• Expertise in design tools.
• Experience using project management platforms.
• Ability to foresee and meet requirements and deadlines, acting as a guardian of processes, interests, products, and involved parties of different projects simultaneously, providing follow-up on projects/stakeholders from start to finish.

What tasks will you develop? 

• The corporate image strategy of GP according to trending styles.
• Development of brand books, logos, one-pagers, illustrations, infographics, etc.
• Research on new technological tools that enhance GP's performance.
