About The Team & Business Line
Citco Group provides services to our Citco Group of Companies and helps business to succeed in client service excellence.
As a valuable member of our Human Resources team you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support business operations and help them to achieve their goals.
Your Role
- Liaising with local Finance to support the processing of monthly payroll
- Liaising with payroll vendor regarding payroll related inquiries
- Liaising with insurance vendor re benefit enrolment and cancellation
- Preparing payroll related documentation and orders
- Ensuring the documentation is prepared and signed on time
- Collecting and ensure accuracy of salary forms and applications
- Administering salary deductions and allowance payments
- Maintaining record keeping of all payroll related documentation
- Reconciling the monthly changes to ensure the accuracy of payroll information
- Supporting employees queries related to salary processing
- Maintaining employee information on in global and local HR systems
- Maintaining and handle queries requiring amendment on systems
- Ensuring the HR systems are kept up to date at all times
- Issuing/ maintaining various employee documentation
- Administering employee benefit package
- Monitoring probation timelines of all new hire/promoted employees, ensure managers are informed of probation end
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner to compliance with employment law
- Adhering and complying with risk, confidentiality and audit requirements
- Working closely with the Shared Services team to support on various HRSS initiatives and/or tasks as advised by the manager
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business related field
- 2+ years HR administration experience, ideally from a financial services environment
- Further job related development through accredited training/education would be essential
- Solid understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices
- Demonstrate consultative skills gained in a similar role
- Proven working knowledge of employment law and policies
- Attentive to detail and accurate
- Strong organizational, administrative and analytical skills
- Able to be flexible, resilient, you can multitask and prioritize effectively with shifting priorities and timeframe
- Able to work independently
