Your Role

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

You are a hands on full stack developer with skills on multiple technologies and cloud devOps

• You work in an Agile environment and coordinate with multiple teams
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams during workshops
• Knowledge and understanding of On-premise and Cloud based architectures.
• Should be able to interpret the existing Architecture, underlying components to validate, challenge and help the team to define the detailed scenarios and the recovery solutions.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Should be able in workshops/meetings to steer towards intended output.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  
  

Required

• Proven experience as an IT architect or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Need Java hands-on development experience
• Strong understanding of Azure Dev Ops principles; creating of Bicep Templates, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like Git, configuration management tools like Ansible
• Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data management solutions
• Understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles.
• Proficient in Java Spring boot, microservices, python, Kotlin
  
  

Preferred

• Experience in the Banking industry is a plus
• Knowledge of ITIL process (Incident, Change management, CIA, Configuration items etc.,)
• Experience in IT operations
