What To Expect
Tesla’s Sales & Delivery Team is seeking a highly organized and structured Training Coordinator who will work across EMEA to manage the coordination of training programs and the internal communications that support our employees’ ongoing development. Working within the Learning & Development team, this role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure streamlined training enrolment, completion, and communication across the region. Acting as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders, this role will support training administration and be responsible for managing key communications around training updates, schedules, completions and important milestones.
The ideal candidate has experience with learning management systems and training coordination, has excellent communication skills, and understands the importance of measuring training effectiveness. A proactive attitude and the ability to solve issues quickly will help ensure our programs run smoothly and support Tesla’s growth across EMEA.
What You'll Do
Coordinate scheduling, enrolment, and completion tracking for EMEA-wide training and e-learning programs, ensuring clear communication at all stages Manage the Learning EMEA and EMEA Alerts mailboxes, responding promptly to training requests and inquiries Oversee onboarding training for new hires and coordinate setup for various programs, including self-led and virtual instructor-led sessions Support training sessions as needed to ensure smooth facilitation and participant engagement Regularly liaise with the global admin team to enhance LMS functionality and streamline administrative processes Track and report on training feedback and performance metrics, updating dashboards to assess program effectiveness Coordinate internal communication alerts and newsletters, keeping employees informed on training updates, milestones, and key initiatives
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in LMS administration, training coordination, and internal communications Proven ability to implement process improvements, with a focus on automation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving abilities across diverse cultures Exceptional organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to ambiguity
