Findmore Consulting S.A. is a company specialized in Information Technologies founded in 2006 and with more than 400 consultants. Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe. We're looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams! Requirements:

• Help drive the Order Management and SPM product design and implementation activities in Amadeus;
• 6+ years Hands-on experience in the Business Analyst / Product Manager / Product Owner role on the Servicenow platform;
• Order Management (Product catalog, product configuration, ordering & orchestration… );
• Strategic Portfolio Management (Project Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Portfolio Planning, Agile Development..);
• Good overall knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform;
• Knowledge and experience with CSDM is a plus;
• Experience in designing Target Operating Models;
• Experience of large service management transformation projects is a plus;
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies and in particular SAFe;
• Experience with project management and agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint;
• Competences - SNow OM, SNow SPM. Other Requirements:
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
• Customer focus and service delivery;
• Availability to work in EU. ; Localização
