Job Purpose

Product Manager

The Product Manager (PM) develops/follows and leads brand short- and long-term vision, strategy, operational plan at country level.

The PM needs to play the role of the country brand champion and ensure delivery of the brand strategy and performance objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Design, define, implement and monitor the marketing strategies that will reach and engage our customers
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and consumer behavior
• Perform market visits for the follow-up to the implementation of the marketing strategy and for identifying new opportunities
• Participate in regional, national and international meetings and events
• Periodically, prepare and present to the Board the requested reports and analyses
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Kew Decisions Makers
• Managing marketing budgets
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns
• Work in a cross-functional team to make sure they’re respecting the brand purpose and guidelines throughout every communication
• Conduct and sustain product training for the sales force team
• Engaging and supporting the promo team to deliver their best
  
  

Required Education

University degree (Medical/Science/Marketing is a plus)

Required Skills And Experience

• Previous marketing experience, ideally in Consumer Healthcare
• Digital marketing competencies
• Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of Excel & PowerPoint,
• Good analytical and organizing skills, goal oriented and proactive
• Critical thinking - cross functional Medico/Marketing/Max strategy & tactics elaboration and implementation
• Growth mindset - Curiosity, innovative, creativity, agility, learning appetite
• External Focus - Customer relationship management - Customer satisfaction orientation
