As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead a transformative IT program with full end-to-end responsibility, including roadmap development, budgeting, and successful execution. As part of the B2B PMO & Strategy team, you will also design and maintain initiative tracking to ensure the long-term execution of our strategic goals.

Tasks

• Manage the budget of the overall program in collaboration with the B2B PMO & Strategy team, Finance and IT
• Develop, manage and maintain the program roadmap in collaboration with all workstreams
• Develop and lead the program management office incl. preparation of project communication & status reports, preparation & running of the Steering Committee, etc.
• Act as single point of contact with all relevant project stakeholders
• Define a standard project methodology for all B2B initiatives to ensure uniform project governance & reporting
• Develop an impact reporting tool to validate P&L impact allowing for better decision-making on resource allocation
• Maintain the central reporting of all initiatives up to date to ensure transparency for the management decisions
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business or technical field; master’s preferred
• At least 10 years of experience with a focus on project management, ideally in consulting or strategy roles
• Proven experience in international or large organizations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and structured approach
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams and goal-oriented impact
• Certification in Program Management is a plus
• Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills being advantageous
