The Product Manager Role

Product Manager will work directly with a cross-functional development team enabled to solve customer and business problems.

Our cross-functional development teams are empowered to develop effective solutions that are valuable (our customers choose to buy or use them), viable (the solution works within the business's many constraints), usable (the user can figure out how to use it), and feasible (our engineers have the skills and technology to implement them).

Product Manager are primarily accountable for ensuring that the solution is valuable for the customer and our business.

Evaluate opportunities and decide what gets built for customers. In other words, ensuring that what goes into the team’s product backlog is worth building. This means the Product Manager also acts as the team’s product owner.

Profile Experience.

A good understanding of end-to-end product ownership, ensuring both customer and business value across the product lifecycle. (Must)

Communication skills that inspire trust and clarity, enabling consultant to convey complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. (Must)

Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods. (Must)

Previous experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product owner, or equivalent. (Must)

Ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship. (Must)

Proven experience in working with eID (electronic identification) as a building block, ensuring interoperability on all fronts. (Nice to have)

Previous experience from the financial sector (Nice to have)

The Assignment

Location: Helsingborg/Malmö/Stockholm (onsite expected 3 days/week). Remote can also be an option if the profile is promising

Duration: 6 months or as agreed.

Start: As soon as possible

Allocation: 100%
