Junior Product Owner

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in creating impactful product documentation and presentations. This role will focus on ensuring that product-related materials are accurate, up-to-date, and visually compelling, while also supporting workshops and internal communication needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in producing high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, feature specifications, and process flows
• Assist in the creation of visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals
• Gather input from cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure that documentation and presentations are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
• Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all product-related materials to ensure easy access by team members
• Research and implement best practices in product documentation and presentation design to enhance clarity and engagement
• Support the facilitation of workshops, preparing materials and synthesizing outcomes into actionable summaries for team review
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in creating high-quality product documentation, including user guides, feature specifications, and process flows
• Strong ability to develop visually engaging presentations that align with brand guidelines and project goals
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, and sales) to gather and update information
• Proficiency in document management and maintaining a centralized repository for easy access to product-related materials
• Ability to research and implement best practices in product documentation and presentation design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and engagement
• Experience in workshop facilitation, preparing materials and summarizing outcomes effectively
  
  
  

Preferred And Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with product teams
• Understanding of branding guidelines and how to align them with product documentation and presentations
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles to create user-friendly and engaging product materials
• Strong background in synthesizing complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging formats
