About The Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our AI-driven solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to create value-driven solutions that solve complex business problems at scale.

About The Role
The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our AI-driven solutions. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, marketing, and customer success, to create value-driven solutions that solve complex business problems at scale.
What would you do?
Product Vision and Roadmap
- Define and communicate product vision, mission, and strategy.
- Develop a roadmap that balances customer needs, market demands, and technical feasibility.
- Use analytics, user feedback, and market research to drive product decisions.
- Establish and improve product management processes, roadmap creation, prototyping, prioritisation, and user story creation.
- Guide team members in applying best practices to drive product success.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Gather customer insights to enhance product relevance and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate product releases with engineering and quality teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with GTM teams for product launch and sales enablement.
- Partner with Customer Success, GTM, and Legal teams for customer engagement and support.
- Act as a thought leader, engaging in industry research and trends.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators to measure product success.
- Drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners.
- Oversee talent reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and career growth.
- Foster an engaging, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
- Minimum 5 years of proven product management experience with strong leadership skills over a solution.
- Strong experience with product management frameworks (e.g., Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven track record of managing products from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication, organisation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Experience working with large-scale data products and AI/ML-driven solutions.
- Ability to translate complex data insights into business opportunities.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such.
- Ability to balance technical and business considerations, aligning product strategy with market trends and customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making experience.
