Qualifications

• B.Sc degree in Industrial / Computer Engineering or MIS or other relevant departments such as science/technical/economy, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, insurance sector is preferred,
• Fluency in written and verbal communication in English, overseas job experience is a plus,
• Eager to learn, problem solving
• Good communication and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the Business units to channel all their IT needs,
• Responsible for the Delivery of all IT Solutions and Services to Business,
• Enable Business value and align IT to business objectives,
• Represent the Business within the IT organization, guaranteeing the service provided by IT to Business,
• Liaise with the business units to shape and implement the demand management processes as well as the regular liaison / relationship management interactions,
• Analyze the feasibility of IT projects, defining functional solutions according to specifications, in order to ensure the provision of appropriate business support,
• Assist users, collecting the information required and acting accordingly.
• Prepare the documentation required to implement a project,
• Design IT solutions to respond to changes in existing or new systems,
• Creation of a test plan to verify that requirements and specifications are met,
• Participate in the process for estimating and planning a project,
• Assist clients in the implementation of business solutions,
• Vendor management is a plus,
• Maintain up-to-date, specific and/or specialist knowledge about the technical procedures, regulations, criteria, etc. within their remit, by attending training sessions and monitoring the main management and quality assurance indicators.
