Head of Software Development (igaming)
Position: Head of Software Development 👨🏻💻
Location: Dubai or Remote 🌍

We are working with a rapidly growing sports betting and gaming company, who are hiring for a Head of Software Development.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track
record in architecting complex systems and leading engineering teams..
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and database decoupling,
including best practices for resilience and scalability.
• Solid experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or
GCP)
• Proficiency in DevOps processes (CI/CD, containerization, orchestration) and
cloud platforms.
• Solid background with Agile / Scrum methodologies,
Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Backend: Go, Node.js, or a combination (microservices emphasis)
• Frontend: React, Vue
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL solutions
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless functions
