Solutions Architect

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect (15+ years) with a strong full-stack engineering background, expertise in cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP) and data-centric architectures. The role involves designing end-to-end solutions, excelling in pre-sales engagements, and traveling across the MEA region for customer interactions. Key skills include creating Architecture and Design, full-stack development, cloud-native principles, exceptional communication, and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture and Design:

• Develop Architecture / Design and deliver scalable, secure, and robust full-stack solutions that address customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cloud-enabled and data-driven architectures.
• Utilize best practices in full-stack development, covering frontend, backend, and database technologies.

Customer Engagement and Pre-Sales Support:

• Partner with sales teams to engage with customers during the pre-sales phase, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Develop and present tailored solutions that align with customer goals and demonstrate the value proposition.
• Build trusted relationships with customers through deep technical expertise and clear communication.

Cloud and Data Expertise:

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Architect data-driven solutions that utilize modern data storage, processing, and analytics tools.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in cloud computing and data technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Full-Stack Engineering:

• Apply hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java / .NET Core).
• Architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and third-party APIs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to define solution requirements and technical strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and business objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Travel and Regional Presence:

• Travel across the MEA region to engage with customers, gather requirements, and ensure successful solution delivery.
