We are a fresh and ambitious startup with strong traction and multiple paid pilots. Now, we're looking for a passionate and experienced founding AI software engineer to join us on this journey.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founding Software Engineer - Cloud/AI Agent Development at Cloudgeni. The role will be primarily located in Oslo with the possibility of some remote work. The Founding Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining cloud-based AI agent systems.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build the core systems for our AI infrastructure agent.
• Design and implement scalable infrastructure using public cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Work on advanced automation and AI agent systems.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape product and technology strategy.
• Contribute to building robust, secure, and compliant systems for our customers.
