At GlobalConnect, we have a solid brand foundation—but we’re looking for someone to make it even better. As our Brand Specialist & Graphic Designer, you’ll take ownership of our brand and work to refine and align its application across all the Nordic countries. You’ll ensure that our visuals and guidelines are not only consistent but resonate across markets.

On any given day, you might be designing captivating visuals, producing videos that tell compelling customer stories, or ensuring templates and assets in our portal reflect the latest brand updates. As part of the B2B marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues from both the B2B and B2C marketing teams. You’ll also work together with stakeholders from various departments to bring our brand vision to life across borders.

Key responsibilities:

• Refine and align the implementation of our brand across the Nordic region.
• Create and manage video content and graphic designs for campaigns and customer stories.
• Maintain and develop our brand guidelines and ensure all assets reflect them.
• Update templates, design concepts, and materials for use across departments and regions.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure that brand consistency is a shared focus.

You’ll join a vibrant and collaborative marketing team spread across the Nordics, working in a hybrid environment with three days on-site each week. We are focused on building a team culture that values creativity, inclusivity, and shared responsibility for the work we do. Together, we aim to create a unified brand that reflects the essence of our services and vision.

To flourish here, we think you’ll need:

• Experience in graphic design and video production using tools within the Adobe suite such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc.
• An experience of owning and maintaining brand guidelines.
• The ability to think and work across borders, ensuring alignment in diverse markets.
• Fluency in English to smoothly collaborate across regions.
