Network Security Manager

As part of the global network team you are responsible to provide network protection for Red Bulls offices/sites as well as our datacenters and cloud environments. Managing our network security infrastructure you will safeguard our organizational assets and continuously improve security measures to stay ahead of emerging threats.

By also providing the remote access solution (Client VPN) your services are crucial to allow our users secure access to our internal business applications and services. In close collaboration with security experts from other departments you will improve compliance and governance, evaluate and implement innovative security technologies and help fostering a culture of security awareness.

Maintain and improve your services Align and improve security concepts and processes Plan and manage network security projects Keep in touch with stakeholders and act as a point of contact for network security-related topics

SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Cover related ITSM topics like Changes, Incidents, and Problems Capacity and life cycle Contracts and Compliance

VENDOR AND PARTNER MANAGEMENT

Collaborate with our partners contributing to service delivery Assess and ensure partner performance Evaluate and select security vendors that align with the organization’s needs and standards Address and resolve issues or concerns related to vendor-provided services or products

COST AND BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Develop and plan the budget for your services and projects Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budget Negotiate costs with vendors to achieve the best value for investments

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Several years of experience in network security, including roles such as Network Security Engineer, Security Analyst, or similar positions
• Degree in the Computer Science, Information Technology, or at least 5 years of security and network field experience
• English mandatory, German recommended
• Knowledge in network security concepts and firewall operations (Palo Alto Networks and Cisco), security information and event management (SIEM) systems, and endpoint protection
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to lead and mentor partners and external teams, as well as collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive security strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate security risks
• Experience in managing and leading security projects
• Awareness of current and emerging cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors
• Hands-on experience in responding to and managing security incidents and breaches
  
  

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
