Senior Project Planner

We are currently working with a leading energy developer on an exciting project in Norway, and they’re looking for an experienced Project Planner to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project-specific WBS in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with estimating and cost teams to align schedules with project costs.
• Build and monitor project schedules, conduct risk assessments, and track progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to financial and asset planning and handle schedule close-out activities.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree preferred, but not essential.
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior planning role (or 10 years if no degree).
• Solid understanding of offshore project execution and Decision Gate processes.
• Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Oracle Primavera, Safran).
• Strong analytical, communication, and team collaboration skills.
