Java Developer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Software Developer who can lead by example in a dual-role capacity, combining software development expertise with Level 2 (L2) support leadership. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in both developing high-quality software solutions and managing a team handling L2 support and L3 development tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Kotlin, SQL, Java, Oracle, OpenShift/Cloud, Spring Boot, and Http4k.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and system enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
• Uphold best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, offering L3 support as needed.
• Lead and manage the team responsible for L2 support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in the development process and contribute to the overall success of the team and organization.

Qualifications:
